Safe, secure ordering
During the order process your information is encrypted and securely handled for your protection. For your protection, we require the billing address for your credit card and your order from us be the same.

Tax

Sales Tax
You will only be charged Sales Tax by us if your merchandise is being shipped to Missouri.

Shipping

Shipping
We ship anywhere within the U.S.A., however destinations in Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping costs, please contact us for details.

Call 1 (800) 813-0969 for special shipping rates on multiple Humidors !
To your total we will add:
$7.95 for cigar orders (FL & CA $10.50);
$10.00 for orders containing Ashtrays and/or Candles;
$15.00 per Humidor for orders containing Humidors
- flat rate for 2nd Day Air shipping on orders not containing fuel.
Lighter fuel (butane or liquid) cannot be shipped under current FAA regulations by air, therefore, orders containing fuel will be shipped by ground at our flat-rate for the first 5 items, each extra item +$1.25 If you are ordering mixed items and would like to recieve your other items by air you must place 2 seperate orders.

We ship all orders immediately when your items are in stock. We will notify you in the event that your order cannot be processed within a reasonable period of time.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase please contact our service department ( alcornhd@cigarsnmore.com ). They can help you with a return, refund, or exchange.

Browser errors

We recommend Netscape 6+ or Internet Explorer 5+ for best performance.
We recommend 800x600 or greater screen resolution and true color display for best appearance.
